How to Make Creamy Crockpot Mac and Cheese
Boil the macaroni in a 2 quart saucepan until tender, about 7 minutes and drain well.
In a medium saucepan mix butter and cheese and stir until cheese melts. Combine cheese/butter mixture, sour cream, cheddar cheese soup, salt, milk, mustard and pepper and stir well.
Add eggs and drained macaroni and stir again.
Set the slow cooker (at least a 4-5 quart crock pot or halve the ingredients and use a 3 quart) on low setting and cook for 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
