~ Comforting Mac & Cheese ~ Slow Cooker
1 - 12 ozcan, evaporated milk
1 1/2 cmilk
1 1/2 Tbspbutter - melted
8 ozvelveeta, cubed
8 ozblock, sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 tspdry mustard
salt& pepper to taste
How to Make ~ Comforting Mac & Cheese ~ Slow Cooker
- Cook macaroni al dente, drain and rinse.
In a large bowl, mix together the milks,egg, mustard and butter. Stir in the Velveeta and 1 1/2 cups of the shredded cheddar, fold in the drained macaroni.
Spray a 3 - 4 quart slow cooker with cooking spray or grease. Pour the macaroni mixture into crock. Cover and cook on low for 2 - 3 hours or until set. Stir once and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Salt and pepper to taste.
