Ingredients For cold pasta salad

  • 1 box
    cooked tri colored pasta
  • 3 c
    cooked chicken
  • 1 pt
    cherry tomatoes,halved
  • 1
    cucumber, sliced
  • 1
    carrot, shredded
  • 1/2 c
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 3 Tbsp
    red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • 1 c
    green olives

How To Make cold pasta salad

  • 1
    cook tri colored pasta al dente and cool
  • 2
    mix pasta, chicken, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives and carrots in a bowl

    Make dressing mixing olive oil, vinegar, mustard, sugar, and seasoning

    add dressing to salad and refrigerate for at least 2 hours
