- 1 box cooked tri colored pasta
- 3 cups cooked chicken
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes,halved
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1/2 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup green olives
How To Make cold pasta salad

Step 1cook tri colored pasta al dente and cool

Step 2mix pasta, chicken, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives and carrots in a bowl

Step 3Make dressing mixing olive oil, vinegar, mustard, sugar, and seasoning

Step 4add dressing to salad and refrigerate for at least 2 hours
