You could add ham or sausage or chicken to the dish. And you can use any kind of vegetable you like, mushrooms too.

Ingredients
- 12 ounces egg noodles
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 can peas
- 1 teaspoon salt/pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
How To Make cheezi peazi

Step 1In a sauce pot boil water lightly salted and pinch of olive oil. In another sauce pot put the pea with the water in the can. Add a pat of butter

Step 2While the water is boiling, in a small pan, saute the garlic. (Make sure it is chopped very small)

Step 3Drain the noodles and put into a bowl. Add the rest of the butter to the noodles and mix. Add the garlic butter. Drain the peas and put in the noodle mixture.

Step 4Coat the noodles well. Add the salt/pepper and parsley. Mix again. Add the rest of the cheeses mix and serve immediately.
