I got this over the internet and it sounded good, I adjusted the ingredients the way I want my Mac// cheese

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups colored spiral noodles
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme, dried
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
- 3 cups milk
- 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded smoked swiss cheese
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup crushed cheddar crackers
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
How To Make cheesy mac/cheese

Step 1preheat oven to 400 Fill a pot with water and add a little salt and a little oil and bring to a boil. Add noodles but only cook for 5 minutes. You want them still firm. Drain and set aside.

Step 2Now melt the 1/4 cup of butter in saucepan, then stir in flour, stirring constantly. Once the flour starts to turn yellow add thyme,cayenne,and white pepper. Then whisk in 1 cup of milk till smooth

Step 3Once smooth pour in the other two cps and whisk again. bring to a simmer. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, and salt. Simmer till it thickened. Once it is thick enough, take off heat add 2 1/4cups of the cheese and stir till melts. Add Dijon mustard.

Step 4Now add the cooled macaroni and stir till well mixed then put in greased baking dish. Melt the 1 tablespoon of butter and mix with your cracker crumbs. Sprinkle the buttered cracker crumbs over the noodles then add the remaining 3/4 cheese over that.

Step 5Bake till cracker crumbs and cheese are golden brown. Mine took about 25 minutes, this depends on your oven.
