cat's awsome oriental fried rice
This is an incredibly awsome and easy oriental rice recipe. It incorporates items that are usually found in your refrigerator and pantry, so it is also cost efficient! My family loves oriental food and according to my husband, it taste better than the restuarant! Add diced cooked chicken thighs or diced cooked pork to make this a one dish meal.

Ingredients
- 1 cup rice, cooked
- 4 slices bacon, crumbled
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/2-3/4 can small early peas
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- - sesame seed oil
- - soy sauce

Step 1Cook rice according to directions; set aside. Microwave bacon 2-2 1/2 minutes; crumble, set aside. Scramble eggs; set aside. Dice onions. Drain peas.

Step 2Spray a large skillet with cooking spray, add sesame seed oil just to cover bottom. Add onions and saute until tender; add rice, eggs, bacon and peas. Stir to mix. Sprinkle with soy sauce to add color and flavor, tasting as you sprinkle until you get the right amount of flavor and color you want.
