Capellini Alio Olio
8 ozbarilla angel hair pasta
1/4 cbertolli olive oil
4 clovegarlic, cut long-wise finely
1/2 - 1 tspcrushed red pepper, to taste
1/4 cshredded parmesano reggiano cheese, to taste
How to Make Capellini Alio Olio
- Prepare Pasta according to package directions.
- While Pasta is cooking saute garlic in olive oil until lightly browned and then remove from heat.
- Once Pasta is cooked, drain and return to hot pot and add oil and garlic and toss until oil and garlic evenly coats pasta. Add the crushed red pepper and toss. Then add parmesano cheese and toss. Serve hot.
