capellini alio olio
(2 RATINGS)
One of the early recipes my Italian American Husbands Family in Italy taught me to make was a very Basic Pasta Recipe that is served almost like a "side dish" but is a second course of a typical 5 to 8 course Italian meal. In English, this is Angel Hair Pasta with garlic and oil, but has a lot of flavor as a result of the Crushed Red Pepper and Parmesan Cheese added.
