Ingredients

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni, cooked
  • 2 pounds chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 8 ounces buffalo sauce
  • 3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • - hot sauce (optional)

How To Make buffalo chicken mac

  • Step 1
    COOK MACARONI AND CELERY IN A POT OF BOILING SALTED WATER.
  • Step 2
    WHILE PASTA IS COOKING, WHISK MILK AND FLOUR TOGETHER IN A BOWL, THEN POUR INTO A SAUCEPAN, BRINGING IT TO A BOIL, STIRRING CONSTANTLY.
  • Step 3
    REDUCE HEAT TO MEDIUM AND STIR IN CHICKEN, CHEESE, ONION POWDER, GARLIC POWDER, BUFFALO SAUCE AND HOT SAUCE (OPTIONAL). COOK UNTIL CHEESE MELTS.
  • Step 4
    WHEN PASTA IS DONE, DRAIN IT AND STIR IN THE CHEESE MIXTURE.
