    elbow macaroni, cooked
  • 2 lb
    chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
  • 2 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1/4 c
    flour
  • 8 oz
    buffalo sauce
  • 3 c
    shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 c
    celery, chopped
  • ·
    hot sauce (optional)

How to Make BUFFALO CHICKEN MAC

Step-by-Step

  1. COOK MACARONI AND CELERY IN A POT OF BOILING SALTED WATER.
  2. WHILE PASTA IS COOKING, WHISK MILK AND FLOUR TOGETHER IN A BOWL, THEN POUR INTO A SAUCEPAN, BRINGING IT TO A BOIL, STIRRING CONSTANTLY.
  3. REDUCE HEAT TO MEDIUM AND STIR IN CHICKEN, CHEESE, ONION POWDER, GARLIC POWDER, BUFFALO SAUCE AND HOT SAUCE (OPTIONAL). COOK UNTIL CHEESE MELTS.
  4. WHEN PASTA IS DONE, DRAIN IT AND STIR IN THE CHEESE MIXTURE.
