This is a good vegan or a vegetarian dish as well but with a slight change in the recipe instead of using mayonnaise and bacon or any other meat product you can substitute this with chill sauce and pepper. You should find vegan or vegetarian recipes online I am sure there different ways of making this dish

Ingredients
- - 2 1/2 to 3 cups of broccoli or cauliflower 1 large cucumber chopped into cubes 3 green onions sliced small 1 or 2 granny smith apples or mackintosh apples what ever you prefer 1 cup of dried cranberries or blueberries or both 1/2 cup of raisins note:
- - for dressing: 2 cups of miracle whip or mayonnaise 1 cup of sugar 1 to 2 tablespoons of vinegar
How To Make broccoli salad

Step 1Mix miracle whip or mayo with sugar then add vinegar until fully mixed then you pour dressing over the ingredients and let set DO NOT STIR until ready to serve because the sugar may not fully dissolve. Put plastic wrap or cover over bowl place in fridge for 3 to 4 hours. Then take out the broccoli salad then stir the mixture.
