This salad will keep for two days in the refrigerator, tightly sealed. More dressing may be needed after the first day since the pasta will soak up much of the dressing.

Ingredients

  • 7 - sweet mini peppers (yellow, orange, red)
  • 1 - head broccoli
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 4 cups cooked bow-tie pasta
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • - salt & pepper to taste

How To Make broccoli pasta salad

  • Step 1
    Cook pasta until Al Dente and rinse in warm water
  • Step 2
    Dice peppers
  • Step 3
    Chop broccoli
  • Step 4
    Add peppers, broccoli, cranberries and pasta
  • Step 5
    Pour ranch dressing over ingredients
  • Step 6
    Cover and refrigerate at least two hours
