This salad will keep for two days in the refrigerator, tightly sealed. More dressing may be needed after the first day since the pasta will soak up much of the dressing.

- 7 - sweet mini peppers (yellow, orange, red)
- 1 - head broccoli
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 4 cups cooked bow-tie pasta
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- - salt & pepper to taste

Step 1Cook pasta until Al Dente and rinse in warm water

Step 4Add peppers, broccoli, cranberries and pasta
