I know that most cooks have a favorite mac 'n cheese recipe. This one is mine. I like the ease of stove top cooking and how fast this dish can be "whipped-up". This is my personal favorite cheese combination. YUMMY!!!

Ingredients
- 2 cups macaroni
- 1 cup sharp new york cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup sharp american cheese, grated ( not the wrapped slices stuff) choose a good quality american cheese
- 1/2 cup swiss cheese, grated
- - salt and pepper, to taste

Step 1Cook macaroni according to package directions.

Step 2Meanwhile, grate the cheeses and mix them together.

Step 3Drain cooked macaroni and place back in cooking pot. Mix in cheeses, salt, and pepper; stirring until cheese is melted (may place pot on low heat to speed up melting if desired).
