Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups milk
- 8 ounces velveta
- 8 ounces shredded - mozzarella cheese, provolone, cheddar, or any other cheese of your choice
- 1 1/2 cups macaroni, dry
- - salt and pepper
How To Make baked macaroni & cheese

Step 1Prepare macaroni as directed on box, except under cook slightly; drain.

Step 2While pasta is cooking, melt butter over medium low heat. Add flour and salt and pepper (to taste) to melted butter and cook for approximately 5 mins., stirring occasionally. Slowly add milk to the flour and butter mixture. Cook until mixture starts thickening, whisking to keep smooth. Remove from heat and stir in cheeses. Stir until melted. Mix in macaroni. Pour the mixture into a sprayed 9x9 baking pan.

Step 3Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 mins.
