This is a recipe that has been updated from my mother's own. I love this reecipe and my family can't get enough of it!

8 oz
pkg of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
8 oz
pkg of mild shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz
pkg shredded monterey jack cheese
2 tsp
salt and pepper
1 tsp
1 can(s)
evaporated milk
1 stick
italian bread crumbs
1 lb
macaroni noodles


1Boil a large pot of water. Pour in macaroni noodles and cook until tender. Drain and place in large baking dish. Add butter cut up into pieces to macaroni. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Add two tablespoons of evaporated milk to noddles. Set aside.
2In medium saucepan melt all cheeses with can of milk until cheese is completely melted. DO NOT leave cheese unattended because it will burn. Pour over noodles and stir unitl well mixed.
3Sprinkle bread crumbs onto top of macaroni and if desired add cheese to top crust. Bake in oven preheated to 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until crust is a golden brown.
