I found this recipe many years ago in a magazine. My family really enjoys this side dish. Enjoy!

Ingredients For baked macaroni and cheese

1 1/2 cof uncooked macaroni

8 ozgrated mild cheddar cheese

5 ozcan of evaporated milk
-
1/2 stickbutter
-
salt and pepper to taste
How To Make baked macaroni and cheese

1Bring 2 quarts of water to a rolling boil in a large cooker. Add macaroni bring to a boil and cook for 7 minutes. Drain well in a colander

2In a mixing bowl, melt the butter and add all of your ingredients together except for the can of evaporated milk, stir well

3Pour into a 1-1/2 quart baking dish. Pour milk over your macaroni mixture.

4Cook for 15 – 20 minutes at 350 degree preheated oven.
