baked macaroni and cheese
I found this recipe many years ago in a magazine. My family really enjoys this side dish. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of uncooked macaroni
- 8 ounces grated mild cheddar cheese
- 5 ounces can of evaporated milk
- 1/2 stick butter
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make baked macaroni and cheese

Step 1Bring 2 quarts of water to a rolling boil in a large cooker. Add macaroni bring to a boil and cook for 7 minutes. Drain well in a colander

Step 2In a mixing bowl, melt the butter and add all of your ingredients together except for the can of evaporated milk, stir well

Step 3Pour into a 1-1/2 quart baking dish. Pour milk over your macaroni mixture.

Step 4Cook for 15 – 20 minutes at 350 degree preheated oven.
