Ingredients For baked macaroni and cheese

  • 1 1/2 c
    of uncooked macaroni
  • 8 oz
    grated mild cheddar cheese
  • 5 oz
    can of evaporated milk
  • 1/2 stick
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make baked macaroni and cheese

  • 1
    Bring 2 quarts of water to a rolling boil in a large cooker. Add macaroni bring to a boil and cook for 7 minutes. Drain well in a colander
  • 2
    In a mixing bowl, melt the butter and add all of your ingredients together except for the can of evaporated milk, stir well
  • 3
    Pour into a 1-1/2 quart baking dish. Pour milk over your macaroni mixture.

    Cook for 15 – 20 minutes at 350 degree preheated oven.
