- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups evaporated milk
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 8 ounces velvetta cheese
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- - salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup mild cheddar cheese
- 1 cup monterey jack cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh

Step 1BOIL WATER FOR MACARONI:ADD SALT TO TASTE.ADD MACARONI AND STIR OCCASIONALLY UNTIL TENDER, DRAIN AND RINSE NOW ADD BUTTER TO MACARONI.

Step 2IN A BOWL MIX SOUR CREAM,EGGS AND MILK : NOW STIR IN MACARONI AND MIX WELL ,ADD ONION POWDER,GARLIC POWDER,LEMON JUICE, AND SUGAR MIX WELL.

Step 3NOW STIR IN CREAM CHEESE AND VELVETTA CHEESE,MIX WELL:

Step 4GRATE CHEDDAR AND JACK CHEESE AND TAKE ABOUT 1/3 CUP OF EACH AND SET ASIDE, MIX THE REST OF THE CHEESE IN WITH THE MACARONI AND MIX WELL.

Step 5POUR INTO BAKING DISH, TAKE THE REMAINING CHEESE AND SPRINKLE OVER TOP. BAKE IN A PREHEATED 350* OVEN FOR 40 TO 45 MIN.

Step 6YOU CAN PUT BREAD CRUMBS ON TOP FOR THE LAST 10 MIN. OF BAKING IF DESIRED.
