Ingredients
- 4 quarts water, boiling
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 box macaroni and cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make baked macaroni and cheese

Step 1Turn oven onto 350 degrees. Boil water with oil and 1/2 stick of butter. Add in macaroni. Cook until done. Drain.

Step 2Put macaroni back into pot, stir in remaining butter until melted. Stir in cheese sauce and milk until well coated.

Step 3Put 1/2 of macaroni and cheese mix into a casserole dish. Layer with 1/2 cup of cheese. Add remaining macaroni and cheese mixture. Top with remaining cheese.

Step 4Put in oven until the cheese turns a crispy golden brown and bubbly (About 30-45 minutes). Let sit for 10 minutes to cool.
