One of my favorite pasta recipes. This is a great picnic side. It can be doubled or tripled. I always take a double batch to family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    bow-tie pasta, cooked and drained
  • 3 lb
    boned chicken (canned) drained
  • 3/4 lb
    bag frozen peas (thawed)
  • 9
    hard boiled eggs (chopped)
  • 1 tsp
    paprika
  • 48 oz
    miracle whip

How to Make Awesome Chicken Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Boil pasta, drain, lay it out on waxed paper to cool. Put pasta in large bowl, add chicken. Sprinkle with paprika liberally. Add peas & chopped eggs. Add Miracle Whip. Mix well. Top with a little more paprika.
