  • 8 oz
    angel hair pasta
  • 2 large
    eggs beaten
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh dill chopped

How to Make Angel Hair Pancakes

Step-by-Step

  1. Add pasta to boiling salted water. Cook 10 minutes drain. Mix with the eggs and salt and pepper
  2. Add butter to a hot pan and let it melt. Spoon mounds on the pan and cook until browned on both sides.
  3. Serve with sour cream and dill
