1Boil noodles in a pasta pot full of water ( takes very little time to soften noodles) strain after and set aside
2Soften cream cheese (can be whipped)
3In a very large bowl...Add sour cream, add eggs, softened cream cheese, mix together .. Then add all other ingredients into mixing bowl including the cooked egg noodles.. You will end up with a large bowl of creamy soupy noodles.
4Spray your casserole pan 13x9 ( med size) with Pam and pour your mixture in. Bake 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Check after 35 minutes and apply optional cornflake mixture for topping. Continue to bake..And enjoy your amazing smelling kitchen
