all the good stuff pasta salad
I am asked to make this for every single family gathering and holiday. It took me approximately 5 years to get it to my own idea of perfect. Yes, it's a bit salty, (it's supposed to be) but not overly spicy.

Ingredients
- 1 box rotini pasta
- 1 cup minced or sliced black olives
- 1 cup real bacon bits (fry and chop your own or buy a bunch)
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 6 large boiled eggs - chopped
- 3 tablespoons pepperoncini peppers diced or same with green olives
- 4 tablespoons classic mayo
- 3 dashes garlic salt
How To Make all the good stuff pasta salad

Step 1Prepare your rotini pasta, bringing water to a boil first, then adding pasta to cook until the desired Al dente'. Rinse with cool water, drain and set aside.

Step 2Boil eggs, cool and peel, chop and scrape into bowl with pasta.

Step 3Shred the sharp cheddar and pour in with the mix.

Step 4Add black olives

Step 5Chop and add green olives or pepperoncinis

Step 6Fry and chop and add bacon or just add your bacon bits

Step 7Add Mayo

Step 8Stir it all together while adding garlic salt
