All the Good Stuff Pasta Salad

I am asked to make this for every single family gathering and holiday. It took me approximately 5 years to get it to my own idea of perfect. Yes, it's a bit salty, (it's supposed to be) but not overly spicy.

  • 1 box
    rotini pasta
  • 1 c
    minced or sliced black olives
  • 1 c
    real bacon bits (fry and chop your own or buy a bunch)
  • 1 c
    shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 6 large
    boiled eggs - chopped
  • 3 Tbsp
    pepperoncini peppers diced or same with green olives
  • 4 Tbsp
    classic mayo
  • 3 dash(es)
    garlic salt

How to Make All the Good Stuff Pasta Salad


  1. Prepare your rotini pasta, bringing water to a boil first, then adding pasta to cook until the desired Al dente'. Rinse with cool water, drain and set aside.
  2. Boil eggs, cool and peel, chop and scrape into bowl with pasta.
  3. Shred the sharp cheddar and pour in with the mix.
  4. Add black olives
  5. Chop and add green olives or pepperoncinis
  6. Fry and chop and add bacon or just add your bacon bits
  7. Add Mayo
  8. Stir it all together while adding garlic salt
