All American Cheesy Macaroni

2 celbow macaroni, cooked
1 1/2 cevaporated milk
1/2 stickbutter, melted
8 ozextra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
8 ozmild cheddar cheese, shredded
·salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 critz cracker crumbs drizzled with a tbl. melted butter (optional)
How to Make All American Cheesy Macaroni
- Cook Pasta according to package directions until Al Dente. Drain pasta and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. In a large bowl, mix together eggs, evaporated milk, melted butter and salt & pepper, to taste. Stir in 3/4 of the cheese and add the pasta. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray and add the pasta mixture. Top with remaining cheese. Bake in a pre-heated 325 degree oven for 30 minutes. In the last 5 minutes you can add crushed Ritz cracker crumbs drizzled with butter on the top and bake for the last 5 minutes.
- Note: If there is excess grease on the surface of your cheese when done, simply blot with a paper towel to remove.
