Ingredients

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup swiss cheese,crated
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese,shredded
  • 1-2 bags large 16 oz or bigger package elbow or large shells pasta
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk or half and half
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons prepaired yellow mustard
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 package cream cheese, room temperature
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make 4 cheese cheesy mac and cheese bake

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 375*F,boil a large pot of salted water for noodles.
  • Step 2
    spray a 13-x 9 inch baking pan with nonstick spray on all sides and bottom.In a large bowl add all the shredded and crated cheeses together. In other large bowl combine sour cream,cream cheese,half and half mustard, butter can be added to the hot noodle to melt.
  • Step 3
    combine the cheeses to noodles once cooled add liquid mixture to noodles,add cheesy noodle to baking pan sprinkle parm breadcrumbs ...bake for 30-40 till golden browned and bubbly
