Put this together myself - just needed something different and it was a hit with the family. Goes great with baked chicken breasts and peas & carrots.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 8 ounces cream chese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 3 tablespoons dried red pepper and garlic
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 - 6 cups cooked linguine

How To Make 3 cheese linguine alfredo

  • Step 1
    Place milk and cream cheese in a sauce pan on medium heat til cheese is melted. Stir constantly.
  • Step 2
    Add parmesan cheese and stir til well blended.
  • Step 3
    Add one can of Campbell's Cheddar Cheese soup and stir til blended. Bring mixture to a boil. You could add a bit of milk to adjust the thickness of the sauce
  • Step 4
    Add dried peppers and garlic. Reduce heat to very low heat for 10 - 15 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste
  • Step 5
    Pour over cooked linguine and stir over low heat for a few minutes. Bon Apetite
