My hubby claims he doesn't like Yorkshire Pudding, a fallacy. He will arm wrestle you over getting more! We like to make it with Prime Rib, or Roast Beef, but you can do it with just about anything. This one is easier than the original recipe, so make it often! :)

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sifted flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
How To Make yorkshire pudding (squares), barb

Step 1Oven to 425 degrees. Pour oil in 9x9x2" pan. In med bowl, beat eggs, milk, flour then salt and pepper. Put oiled pan in preheated oven for 3-5 min. Remove from oven and immediately pour batter into pan. Bake 25-30 min, or until a rich golden brown. Cut into squares, serve immediately.
