- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Step 1Oven to 425 degrees. Grease 10 muffin tins or popover tins. Beat all ingredients in blender or food processor. When smooth fill cups a little less than half full.

Step 2Bake until sides are rigid to touch and golden. About 35 min. Serve immediately.
