yorkshire pudding
This is a recipe my stepmom made quite often. My hubby swears he didn't like it, yet he almost licked the pan when we had it one Christmas day with prime rib...It is easy, and quite delicious! She has also made it in a small rectangular casserole dish, but this is the way I learned to make it.
