My Dad would make this every Sunday for as long as I can remember, with roast beef, potatoes, carrots, celery, onions. Cooked near the end of the roast and veggies cooking while the oven was still hot. Smothered in gravy mmm mmm good!!

Ingredients
- 3 - eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons melted butter or oil
How To Make yorkshire pudding

Step 1mix all the ingredients together meanwhile preheat your muffin tins or casserole dish in a 350 degree oven. add a few drops of drippings from your roast into each cup.

Step 2Pour batter into each cup about 2/3's full cause these babies rise rise rise like pillows.. bake at 375 degrees for 25 mins. When done they should come clean out of the muffin tins into a serving dish.
