Ingredients
- 2 15oz cans cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon oregano, dried
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
How To Make white beans with oregano

Step 1Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and saute 5 to 7 minutes, or until onion begins to brown. Stir in garlic and oregano, and cook for 30 seconds or until fragrant.

Step 2Add beans and 1 cup water and season, to taste, with salt and pepper. Reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer 15 minutes or until half the has evaporated. Beans should still be a little soupy.
