I make this for Thanksgiving and Christmas. It is very moist and I like it spicy. Everyone that tries it love it and asks for more.I have been making this for over 20 years.

Ingredients

Pan medium
corn bread
1 pkg
sausage
2 large
onions, yellow,
2 medium
bell pepper
2
hard boiled eggs
3 Tbsp
sage, dried
2 tsp
salt and pepper
1 1/2 c
turkey broth

How to Make Vivian's Corn Bread Dressing

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cook Sage Pork sausage in skillet until done. Crumble into small pieces.Add Onions and Peppers.
  • 2In large Bowl add Crumbled Corn Bread,Sausage with Onions and Peppers.Add Sage, Salt & Black Pepper to Taste.
  • 3Add Hard Boiled Eggs (Peeled) and crumbled to bowl. Add Turkey Broth in small amounts until well moisten.
  • 4Pour mixture into large pan and bake for about 45 minutes (covered) for 30-45 minutes. Cook for 5 minutes uncovered.Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
