I make this for Thanksgiving and Christmas. It is very moist and I like it spicy. Everyone that tries it love it and asks for more.I have been making this for over 20 years.

Ingredients

  • Pan medium corn bread
  • 1 package sausage
  • 2 large onions, yellow,
  • 2 medium bell pepper
  • 2 - hard boiled eggs
  • 3 tablespoons sage, dried
  • 2 teaspoons salt and pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups turkey broth

How To Make vivian's corn bread dressing

  • Step 1
    Cook Sage Pork sausage in skillet until done. Crumble into small pieces.Add Onions and Peppers.
  • Step 2
    In large Bowl add Crumbled Corn Bread,Sausage with Onions and Peppers.Add Sage, Salt & Black Pepper to Taste.
  • Step 3
    Add Hard Boiled Eggs (Peeled) and crumbled to bowl. Add Turkey Broth in small amounts until well moisten.
  • Step 4
    Pour mixture into large pan and bake for about 45 minutes (covered) for 30-45 minutes. Cook for 5 minutes uncovered.Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
