vivian's corn bread dressing
I make this for Thanksgiving and Christmas. It is very moist and I like it spicy. Everyone that tries it love it and asks for more.I have been making this for over 20 years.

Ingredients
- Pan medium corn bread
- 1 package sausage
- 2 large onions, yellow,
- 2 medium bell pepper
- 2 - hard boiled eggs
- 3 tablespoons sage, dried
- 2 teaspoons salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 cups turkey broth
How To Make vivian's corn bread dressing

Step 1Cook Sage Pork sausage in skillet until done. Crumble into small pieces.Add Onions and Peppers.

Step 2In large Bowl add Crumbled Corn Bread,Sausage with Onions and Peppers.Add Sage, Salt & Black Pepper to Taste.

Step 3Add Hard Boiled Eggs (Peeled) and crumbled to bowl. Add Turkey Broth in small amounts until well moisten.

Step 4Pour mixture into large pan and bake for about 45 minutes (covered) for 30-45 minutes. Cook for 5 minutes uncovered.Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
