How to Make Vinegar Slaw
- 1In a large bowl, combine cabbage, pimentoes, green pepper & onion. Toss lightly; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered for 20-25 min. until slightly thickened.
- 2Pour over cabbage mixture. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Will keep in refrigerator several days.
