Ingredients
- 4 - baking potatoes
- 3 - green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons margarine or butter
- 1/2 cup half and half or milk, hot
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- dash pepper
- dash paprika
- 4 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 4 tablespoons grated, sharp cheddar cheese
How To Make twice baked potatoes

Step 1Wash potatoes, pat dry.

Step 2Prick each potato with a fork in several places.

Step 3Bake at 400* for about an hour or until done. (You want the skins to be a little hard.)

Step 4Cut a thin slice from top of each. Scoop out the pulp into a bowl.

Step 5Whip with hot half and half(or milk), until fluffy. Beat in the butter and green onion. Add bacon and seasonings.

Step 6Spoon into shells. Sprinkle with both cheeses.

Step 7Place potatoes on baking sheet. Bake at 375* for about 15 minutes or until hot.
