Bake at 400* for about an hour or until done.
(You want the skins to be a little hard.)
Cut a thin slice from top of each. Scoop out the pulp into a bowl.
Whip with hot half and half(or milk), until fluffy. Beat in the butter and green onion. Add bacon and seasonings.
Spoon into shells. Sprinkle with both cheeses.
Place potatoes on baking sheet. Bake at 375* for about 15 minutes or until hot.
