Ingredients For twice baked potatoes

4baking potatoes

3green onions, thinly sliced

2 Tbspmargarine or butter

1/2 chalf and half or milk, hot

1/2 tspsalt

dashpepper
-
dashpaprika

4 slicebacon, fried crisp and crumbled

2 Tbspparmesan cheese
-
4 Tbspgrated, sharp cheddar cheese
How To Make twice baked potatoes

1Wash potatoes, pat dry.

2Prick each potato with a fork in several places.

3Bake at 400* for about an hour or until done. (You want the skins to be a little hard.)

4Cut a thin slice from top of each. Scoop out the pulp into a bowl.

5Whip with hot half and half(or milk), until fluffy. Beat in the butter and green onion. Add bacon and seasonings.

6Spoon into shells. Sprinkle with both cheeses.

7Place potatoes on baking sheet. Bake at 375* for about 15 minutes or until hot.
