Twice Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

4baking potatoes

3green onions, thinly sliced

2 Tbspmargarine or butter

1/2 chalf and half or milk, hot

1/2 tspsalt

dash(es)pepper

dash(es)paprika

4 slicebacon, fried crisp and crumbled

2 Tbspparmesan cheese

4 Tbspgrated, sharp cheddar cheese
How to Make Twice Baked Potatoes
- Wash potatoes, pat dry.
- Prick each potato with a fork in several places.
- Bake at 400* for about an hour or until done.
(You want the skins to be a little hard.) - Cut a thin slice from top of each. Scoop out the pulp into a bowl.
- Whip with hot half and half(or milk), until fluffy. Beat in the butter and green onion. Add bacon and seasonings.
- Spoon into shells. Sprinkle with both cheeses.
- Place potatoes on baking sheet. Bake at 375* for about 15 minutes or until hot.
