How to Make Turkey Dressing/ Stuffing
- Place dried bread cubes in large bowl.(You can use seasoned bread cubes, just use less poultry seasoning.) Sprinkle over the dried bread the poultry seasoning, pepper and salt. Set aside.
- Melt better in a large skillet or pan. Add onions, celery and carrots and almonds. Saute vegetables until tender (do not brown.)
- Pour vegetables and chicken broth over dried bread cubes. Toss lightly to mix, this will take a minute or so. (Add more chicken broth if necessary). Cool mixture. Stuff turkey cavities. Bake turkey according to directions.
- Take left-over stuffing and place in a foil lined 13x9 dish. Mix the can of cream of chicken soup with 3/4 of a soup can with milk. Pour over stuffing. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour.
