How to Make Tuna Loaf
- Slice bread lenghtwise to make 2 open-faced sandwiches. Place on cookie sheet. Lay cheese on bread, covering the cut side. These can overlap.
- Drain tuna.In a bowl, break up any large pieces of tuna. Mix together with the mayo & sour cream.
- Spread mixture onto the cheese covered bread. Bake till cheese is melted, and bread is toasty, about 25-30 mins.
- Let it cool slightly before slicing. Slice across 1½ - 2" wide. Enjoy! Cover with foil any left overs, heat in toaster oven, or microwave.
