Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
- salt
- 1/3 cup instant polenta
- 1/4 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons black truffle oil
How To Make truffled polenta

Step 1Combine milk, chicken stock and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add the polenta stirring with a whisk until thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in the cheese until it's melted. Drizzle truffle oil over top and serve.
