How to Make Tomato Cakes
- 1Drain liquid well from tomato's,place in medium size bowl. Add as much of the sugar as needed to make tomato's not so tangy,but not too sweet.
- 2Add enough crackers to make a patty,the size of a potato cake.
- 3On a greased griddle cook medium heat,til browned about 5 minutes,flip and cook other side. You can also fry in a skillet adding enough oil as needed to keep them from sticking.
