How to Make Thelma's Sausage Stuffing
- Make the stuffing per the directions
- Cook the sausage until all the pink is gone and it's in crumbles
- Mix stuffing and sausage in large bowl, fold in the sour cream. Place in a casserole dish that has a lid, or cover in foil. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour. If you like you can take the lid or foil off about the last 10 minutes so you will have a nice browned crisp top.
