Ingredients

3 lbyams (about 6 yams) baked and skinned

1 stickbutter, softened
-
1/2 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1/2 tspsalt
-
1/2 tspginger
-
1 tsporange zest
-
1/2 cwhipped cream, unsweetened
-
3eggs, whip until creamy
How to Make Thanksgiving Yam Soufffle
- Whip yams until smooth. Mix the first 6 ingredients together and whip til blended
- Beat the whipping cream til thick
- Beat the eggs til creamy, then fold into the cream.
- Fold the cream mixture into the yam mixture
- Pour into GREASED casserole dish
- Bake at 375* for 30 minutes..Yummy!
