This is a family favorite. I make it every Thanksgiving and always end up giving the recipe to all of our female guests...Everyone loves it!

Ingredients
- 3 pounds yams (about 6 yams) baked and skinned
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1/2 cup whipped cream, unsweetened
- 3 - eggs, whip until creamy
How To Make thanksgiving yam soufffle

Step 1Whip yams until smooth. Mix the first 6 ingredients together and whip til blended

Step 2Beat the whipping cream til thick

Step 3Beat the eggs til creamy, then fold into the cream.

Step 4Fold the cream mixture into the yam mixture

Step 5Pour into GREASED casserole dish

Step 6Bake at 375* for 30 minutes..Yummy!
