This is one I was given years ago. I haven't made it in such a long time because of my diabetes, it's really good though, and diabetics if you DON'T get carried away, you can actually have some!

Ingredients
- 2 - ears roasted white corn take off the husk
- 1 can corn undrained
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1 box jiffy corn bread mix
- 1 stick melted butter
How To Make sweet corny corn bread (cast iron skillet)

Step 1Dump all the ingredients in a bowl

Step 2Stir to combine

Step 3Pour into a buttered 10" cast iron skillet

Step 4Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when poked in the middle of the corny bread
