How to Make Sugar Cured/Candied Bacon


  1. Set Oven to 375/400 deg. F.
  2. In small bowl combine brown sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Lay parchment paper or wax paper on cookie sheet. Cover both sides of bacon with sugar mixture. Lay Bacon flat on parchment paper.
  4. Cook bacon in oven for 15/20 min. or until bacon is crispy. Watch closely because sugar will burn!
