- strips of your preferred bacon ( i use maple)
- 1/2 c
- brown sugar
- 1 pinch
How to Make Sugar Cured/Candied Bacon
- 1Set Oven to 375/400 deg. F.
- 2In small bowl combine brown sugar and cinnamon.
- 3Lay parchment paper or wax paper on cookie sheet. Cover both sides of bacon with sugar mixture. Lay Bacon flat on parchment paper.
- 4Cook bacon in oven for 15/20 min. or until bacon is crispy. Watch closely because sugar will burn!
