Ingredients
- - strips of your preferred bacon ( i use maple)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 pinch cinnamon
How To Make sugar cured/candied bacon

Step 1Set Oven to 375/400 deg. F.

Step 2In small bowl combine brown sugar and cinnamon.

Step 3Lay parchment paper or wax paper on cookie sheet. Cover both sides of bacon with sugar mixture. Lay Bacon flat on parchment paper.

Step 4Cook bacon in oven for 15/20 min. or until bacon is crispy. Watch closely because sugar will burn!
