I have made this dressing for years My family always ask me to make the holliday dressing My sister's mother in law taught me to make dressing I have added a few touchesof my own

    good size pan of corn bread
  • 3 or4 c
    peperridge farm stuffing mix
  • 2 c
    diced onion
  • c
    chopped celery
  • 1 stick
  • 1
    apple chopped fine
  • 4 or5 can(s)
    swansons chicken broth low sodium
  • 4
    eggs beaten
  • 2 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 3 Tbsp
    rubbed sage or suit to taste
  • 1 tsp
    ground thyme

How to Make sue's Dressing


  1. fry onion and celry in the stick of butter,crumbly cornbread mix stuffing mix,add apple, sage . add beaten eggs, onion mixture Heat broth to boiling point pour over ingredients and mix dont over mix.pour in a large pan and cook about an hour
