prepared stuffing mix
2 c
chicken stock
onions, chopped

How to Make Stuffing Balls


  • 1Boil giblets, butter, and celery tops until done.
  • 2Toast breads, then break toast into small pieces.
  • 3Add prepared stuffing mix to toast.
  • 4Cook chopped onions in stock.
  • 5When tender, add to bread mix.
  • 6If dressing is too dry, add chicken stock for additional moisture.
  • 7Preheat oven to 350.
  • 8Form into serving-size balls and place in buttered baking dish.
  • 9Spoon additional broth over balls.
  • 10Bake 1 hour or until brown.
