Ingredients
- - turkey giblets
- 8 tablespoons butter
- 4 - celery tops
- 20 slices bread
- 20 slices salt rising bread
- 16 ounces prepared stuffing mix
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 2 - onions, chopped
How To Make stuffing balls

Step 1Boil giblets, butter, and celery tops until done.

Step 2Toast breads, then break toast into small pieces.

Step 3Add prepared stuffing mix to toast.

Step 4Cook chopped onions in stock.

Step 5When tender, add to bread mix.

Step 6If dressing is too dry, add chicken stock for additional moisture.

Step 7Preheat oven to 350.

Step 8Form into serving-size balls and place in buttered baking dish.

Step 9Spoon additional broth over balls.

Step 10Bake 1 hour or until brown.
