Ingredients
- 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup romano or parmesan cheese
- 3 - eggs
- 5 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- - extra virgin olive oil
- - salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup water
How To Make stuffed mushrooms

Step 1Clean the mushrooms, remove the stems and set aside (save for another purpose).

Step 2In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients and mix well to make the stuffing and the add 5 Tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. If the stuffing looks too dry, add a little milk.

Step 3Stuff the mushrooms. Place them into a baking pan.

Step 4At the bottom of the baking pan, add 2 Tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, the white wine and 1/4 cup water.

Step 5Bake at 450 degrees for about 20 minutes, depending on the size of the mushrooms.
