I can't take credit for this but I made it one day after I had cooked a Cook's ham and found this in their website. My son took some to work and has had requests for more of the same. I am making more today. You have to like horseradish - they are good.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup finely chopped leftover ham
- 6 - hard cooked eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1 1/2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon ground dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- dash salt
- dash ground black pepper
- - ground red pepper to taste
- HAM STUFFED EGGS
How To Make stuffed eggs

Step 1Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks to bowl and mash. Add ham, mayonnaise, horseradish, mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Step 2Spoon egg yolk mixture into whites and sprinkle with red pepper. Refrigerate at least an hour before serving.

Step 3Amount of servings would depend on how many eggs you cook.
