1/2 cfinely chopped leftover ham
6hard cooked eggs
3 Tbspmayonnaise or salad dressing
1 1/2 tspprepared horseradish
1 tspground dry mustard
1/2 tsplemon juice
dash(es)ground black pepper
·ground red pepper to taste

How to Make Stuffed Eggs
- Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks to bowl and mash. Add ham, mayonnaise, horseradish, mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Spoon egg yolk mixture into whites and sprinkle with red pepper. Refrigerate at least an hour before serving.
- Amount of servings would depend on how many eggs you cook.
