We all use Stovetop Stuffing..and I find myself always out so.....

Ingredients

  • 6 c
    cubed bread
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley flakes
  • 3 tsp
    vegetable, chicken or beef bouillon (or cubes)
  • 1/4 c
    dried minced onion
  • 1/2 c
    dried minced celery
  • 1 tsp
    thyme
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    sage, dried
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt

How to Make Stove Top Stuffing Mix

Step-by-Step

  1. Cube bread, put on a baking sheet, dry in oven at 350F degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until moisture is completely gone.

    In a large bowl, toss bread with remaining ingredients until evenly coated.

    Store in an airtight container. It will keep for 1 to 4 months or 12 months frozen.
  2. To Prepare Completed Stuffing Mix:

    Combine 2 cups stuffing mix with 1/2 cup water and 2 tablespoons melted butter.
  3. HINT:**Get creative and make different flavors for your pantry!
