Ingredients
- 1 can stewed tomatoes (28 oz)
- 2 cans cannellini beans, drained (15 oz each)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon colatura (optional but recommended)
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- olive oil, for drizzling
How To Make stewed cannellini beans

Step 1Add the can of stewed tomatoes to a food processor and process until smooth or as smooth as it can be. Pour into a Dutch oven.

Step 2Add the remaining ingredients except parsley and olive oil.

Step 3Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, and simmer 15 minutes. Stir in the parsley and serve with a little olive oil drizzle.
