squash souffle
This is a very simple recipe and has replaced sweet potatoes at every holiday meal. I've been making it for ten years and its always a hit and disappears! MAKE 2!

Ingredients
- 1 box frozen squash (butternut, winter), defrosted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 3 - eggs beaten
- 1/8 cup butter melted (and cooled)
- - salt & cinnamon to taste
- 2 cups milk
How To Make squash souffle

Step 1Grease (or Pam) a casserole dish or pie pan. Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2Mix together all ingredients and beat well with a whisk for 1-2 minutes

Step 3Pour into greased (or pammed) casserole. Bake for 50 minutes to one hour until golden and fluffy. (Times vary depending on your oven).
