This is a very simple recipe and has replaced sweet potatoes at every holiday meal. I've been making it for ten years and its always a hit and disappears! MAKE 2!

Ingredients

  • 1 box frozen squash (butternut, winter), defrosted
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 3 - eggs beaten
  • 1/8 cup butter melted (and cooled)
  • - salt & cinnamon to taste
  • 2 cups milk

How To Make squash souffle

  • Step 1
    Grease (or Pam) a casserole dish or pie pan. Preheat oven to 350.
  • Step 2
    Mix together all ingredients and beat well with a whisk for 1-2 minutes
  • Step 3
    Pour into greased (or pammed) casserole. Bake for 50 minutes to one hour until golden and fluffy. (Times vary depending on your oven).
