This is a Korean Dish called Kimchi Bibim Guksu. Spicy, sweet, and tangy.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces rice noodles
  • KIMCHI SAUCE
  • 1 cup Kimchi
  • 1/4 cup juice from the Kimchi
  • 1 tablespoon Gochujang
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons corn syrup light
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • GARNISH
  • 1 tablespoon Furikake, for garnish

How To Make spicy cold noodles with kimchi

  • Step 1
    Cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain well and rinse with cold water until cold. Set aside.
  • Step 2
    Mix the Kimchi sauce ingredients.
  • Step 3
    Mix the noodles into the sauce and garnish with Furikake.
