Ingredients
- 8 ounces rice noodles
- KIMCHI SAUCE
- 1 cup Kimchi
- 1/4 cup juice from the Kimchi
- 1 tablespoon Gochujang
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup light
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- GARNISH
- 1 tablespoon Furikake, for garnish
How To Make spicy cold noodles with kimchi

Step 1Cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain well and rinse with cold water until cold. Set aside.

Step 2Mix the Kimchi sauce ingredients.

Step 3Mix the noodles into the sauce and garnish with Furikake.
