I love to make my own spice mixes and this is my general "go to" Spanish style spice mix! I especially like to use it on baked vegetables such as potatoes, carrots, celery, etc.

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp
    smoked paprika (if you don't like smoked, normal paprika works as well)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    paprika, sweet mild (hungarian is my favorite)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    onion powder
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    cilantro, dried
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    salt, coarse
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    dried lemon zest
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper, freshly ground

How to Make Spanish Spice

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients well and store in an air tight container.
