If you like the smokey flavor of bacon, this one is for you:) Try it without the ground meat, or with ground turkey. The pic I have is not my own-it is from taste of home and has corn in it, but it's similar.

Ingredients
- 5 slices bacon, diced
- 1 pound ground chuck or beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 8 ounces kluski noodles
- 28 ounces diced or stewed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1-2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- - seasonings as desired
- - cheese for topping
How To Make spanish noodles

Step 1Fry bacon till crisp, drain, but save grease. Add ground meat and onions-cook till meat is browned, stirring often. Drain grease.

Step 2Spread noodles over the meat mixture. Combine the tomatoes, ketchup and worcestershire sauce, then spread over the meat and noodles. You may want to add a little of the bacon grease for flavor, if your doctor allows it.

Step 3Reduceheat to low, cover pan and cook for about 10-15 min. Stir to mix layers.

Step 4Cook until noodles are tender; stir often. Add your favorite seasonings such as garlic or salt and pepper.
