  • 1 lb
    lentils, dry
  • 1/4 c
    soy sauce
  • 1 tsp
    fresh ginger root, minced
  • 1 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 6 clove
    garlic, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground white pepper

How to Make Soy and Ginger Lentils


  1. Mix all ingredients in Crockpot, and add 5 cups water. Turn pot to high until done.
